I will be laying ceramic tile in a foyer and hall area, the den will be carpet. I want the carpet secured with the metal strip where it meets the tile. I do not want it just butted up against the tile with a tack strip. My delima is that the edge of the tile will form a half circle meaning that the metal strip will be bent in a half moon shape over an area of about 7 feet. Is there any metal stripping that can be bent this way or should I go with a straight edge? The straight edge will be a diagonal which will not look as good as a curve.

Thanks EF

There are metal strips that are designed to curve. Contact your nearest carpet supply company.
