Not getting any juice to any terminals on 10se panel when I check with volt meter. Needless to say, no power to keypad. Heat sync (correct term?) get very hot with AC or DC power. Bad panel?

Have you checked the AC input terminals for 16vac? It could be that your plug in transformer has failed, and the battery ran down.
