Installed new valve body (Price Pfister), with new 3 handle set. Now I have water coming from tub spout when turned off. Any suggestions??

I tried replacing the diverter valve in my own 3 valve diverter last year. It gave out on me yesterday, I can't get the diverter valve out , neither can the plumber . He is currently on his way to the supply house to pick up a new 3 valve diverter. My estimate is $331. Jon, I hope your project goes smoother (and cheaper) than mine. Good Luck. Sorry I can't help.
