How do I replace lights on a 18 or 20ft plus high ceiling? My highest step ladder is 15 ft. Thanks in advance.

Depends on the type of fixture. If this is an open trim recessed can with a PAR bulb, you can use one of those long poles with the rubber suction cup on the end. They are sold at all home centers.

Thanks John, but I want to replace the fixture, not the bulb.

Visit your local rental center. Rent a taller stepladder or some scaffolding.
