I want to tile my backsplash. What would you recommend for a kitchen backsplash - Ceramic? Metalized tile? Tumbled Marble? I need your recommendations. I am having a granite countertop installed. TIA.

Anything you find that you like with your granite. Tumbled stone, perhaps with metal inserts or clip the corners of some of the timbled marble to inset pieces of matching granite. Sky is the limit and there are no rules.

If you are a married male, it will come down to what the wife decides.

Otherwise, just come up with something that will accent what you have. Uba tuba granite with a dark copper backsplash for example will make your kitchen have a very dark stripe running around the center of the room.
