Hi, Does anyone know how to remove red hair dye from a blue vinyl chair. It has sat overnight. I have tried hairspray to no avail. Thank you! Beauty

Vinyl tends to be porous and absorbent, and hair dye tends to be permanent on vinyl.

Most professional haircolor manufacturers make what they call a stain remover for permanent hair color. This is used to remove stains from the skin after color, but often it works to take out old stains on floors, furniture, clothing and the like. You may never completely get it out, but try something like "Clean Touch" by Roux -- should be able to get it at something like Sally Beauty Supply. Test the area you are trying to clean, should be safe enough and not change the pigment of your chair.
Good Luck.
