I was getting COLD water for my iron in a plastic cup and noticed that the water was white. So I let it run for a little and tried again to obtain water only to find white water again in my cup. I ran around my house and took some water from the kitchen, washing machine, shower and a few other sinks. Only one of those turned up with white water.

My house is apporximately 7 years young. All the sinks and faucets in my house are builder grade models. The two sinks that are giving me white water are made by MOEN. I actually have dual sinks in my master bathroom and one gives me white water and the other is fine. Below are pics of the white water and normal water.

Is there a part in the faucet that is braking down or do the hoses need to be replaced?

In the picture, that looks like the water has a lot of dissolved air in it. The water should become clear if you let it sit for several minutes.
My first guess is the aerator is adding a lot of air. Unscrew the aerator and then fill a glass with water. Is it still "white"?
