Recently, I am not getting enough hot water in my shower tub. Pressure is good but even when turned all the way to hot the water is just warm...this doesn't happen to any other faucet. It is a single pull out type faucet

Hello: mellow. Welcome to the Do It Yourself Web Site.
Most likely the internal cartiridge is defective and/or restricted with sediment, rust, etc. Remove the knob and lever. Unscrew the cartiridge out and inspect.
Usually best to install a new cartridge, in my opinion, or if there is any doubt to it's condition. Take the cartridge to any local plumbing supply store to obtain an exact OEM part.
Be aware, you will need to first turn off the water supply to both hot and cold water supplies or turn of main inlet water line. Than bleed out the existing water pressure.
Cartridge removal may require a special tool and some unexpected labor work. Some thread out easily, while other not so. Usually difficult if threads are rusted or wrong tool used, etc.
