I had this problem with my blower. I turned off the power, opened up the case and looked at the control board. There were several high amp relays. I tapped them with a hammer. Has worked since.
Motors have a power surge when you turn them on. Blower motors can be particularly high. If they get dirty, the contacts are susceptible of tacking together.
I've also seen the same thing happen at a poorly designed carnival ride. :rolleyes:
