Hi, I am trying to program the "C" fuction key so when pressed it will automatically arm in the Stay/Night mode. I believe its done at *57 but am having problems. I want the entire system to arm, including basement PIRs, however I want to bypass the 1st floor PIR (on its own zone). Is this possible?

If you mean a safewatch pro 3000 EN/Vista 20p, it's something of a multi-step trick. You have the right idea for the function key, what you also have to do is create a zone list in *81 that includes the zones you want active in a night/stay list.
Type 04 Interior follower
"Bypassed automatically when the panel is armed in the Stay or Instant modes;
if armed in Night-Stay mode, zones assigned to zone list 05 (night-stay zone list) are not bypassed when system armed in Night-Stay mode"
