We want to clean some massage oil residue off of the wood floor (urethane coated) in one of our rooms. Any suggestions on the best stuff to use?

You can try some murphys oil soap. Apply to clean soft rag and wipe let area sit damp for a few mins then towel dry. Urethane sealed floors are not water safe....so any water based cleaners should be avoided.
