We want to install a toilet in a laundry room. All 4 " waste pipe is on other end of home 40 -50 ' away. How much slope per foot does the 4" need to drop in order to get good flow? And can we jog the 4" with a couple of 45's to line up better with the sewage line going out?

ProffesionAL, Welcome to the DIY Forums.
Depends on local code. Minimum would be 1/8" per foot and most are 1/4" per foot.
You may want to check into a macerating toilet on the net. These grind up and pump the waste and the piping can be run overhead. They use a smaller diameter pipe. You can also tie in other fixtures to the toilet (shower, sink). Good luck.
