Hi,
I am confused about a couple of things:
1) Telephone connection to the LYNXR-EN for local/full seizures. I have the Open House H619 as the telephone hub. Wondering the simplest way to connect it to the Lynx without having to remove any installed wiring (dont have the punch 110 tool!). H619 is the following. http://www.hometech.com/acrobat/cp-h619.pdf
I could expand using H611 for full seizure but that needs removing installed wiring. Is there any way I could expand it for RJ31X with just the RJ31X?
2) The POWER supply Ademco 1330X10 does not seem to have ground (earthing) as the third pin in the plug but instead has a screw. Why?
thanks!

Nope, you either have to disconnect wires from the 110 punch down, or cut the incoming wires ahead of the punchdown, or get the additional module for the line siezure to be properly wired in.
The transformer is inherently isolated, thus doesn't need a grounding pin. An X-10 compatible transformer, isn't _supposed_ to be grounded, if I recall correctly.

So, why is there a screw instead? Is it supposed to screw itself inside the face plate.

Also, any suggestions/links how to wire the cat5 (structured wiring) telco incoming to a RJ31X. As a temp solution, can I just connect the LYNX to a phone line without any seizure?

Yes, the screw is because those transformers are heavy buggers. You remove the center screw from the the coverplate and use the one on the transformer in it's place, otherwise it is prone to either work it's way out of the outlet, or simple wear out the brass contacts in the outlet.
For connecting the RJ-31x, find your incoming pair, usually the blue/bluewhite. This pair connects to the green/red terminals on the RJ-31x. Wire from the brown/grey on the RJ-31x to the points where the blue/bluewhite were.
In a pinch, you can just ignore line siezure, just realize that someone can defeat the ability of the system to dial out by simply taking a phone off the hook.
