I replaced the stems in our shower,but still have a bad drip on the cold water side.How do I replace the stem seat,that came in the stem package?

Usually with a hex wrench. Look in the center of the seat and see if it is hex shaped. (An exception would be a Chicago Faucet which has the "seat" on the stem.)
