Its a good idea to periodically check the tightness of the PVC fittings on a garbage disposal. The vibration of the disposal can cause the fittings to become loose. Just make sure they are good and snug. My fittings became loose and caused quite a mess. Dont let it happen to you. It takes 60 seconds to tighten the fittings. Check yours now.
