I have a DSC PC 1555 CP-01 panel. I recently purchased a pc link cable and dls 2002 software. The problem that I am having is setting up everything and also it will not detect my panel. The panels that are listed are the PC1555 and the PC1555 MX. It will not auto detect mine either. My panel say PC1555 ua186. My instruction manual that came with it says PC1555 CP-01 version 3.2 DLS 2002 and higher. Can someone please help me? I have tried DSC's website for an update but you have to have a username and password and be a dealer/distributor.

Hmmm, that's a bit of a problem. I hate to say it, but you may have to grit your teeth and program the system manually. Truth be told, the DLS software isn't really any more intuitive than the manual programming process, and is really intended for setting up multiple duplicate systems. It's not really intended for end-user system management.

You can try emailing DSC and explaining your particulars, and they may send you the correct version of the software. They are generally pretty helpful folks.
