I was out of town for a month so did not use the A/C nor the heater. I came back and I turned on the heater, and it only blows air and doesn't heat up the place. Ours is electric heating. Please let me know how I can troubleshoot this.

First it help's to know just what you have there for heat and cool. First do you have power 220V then 24V at the unit inside and outside , go from there.
