Before you worry about "how" to add it...you must first find out if you can even access the programming area of your system.
I'm not sure what system you have so I will be generic. You need to find out what the default installer code for your system is. The code is required to enter the programming area of the system where you can tell it to recognize your WL904 device.
If you do find the default installer code and it does not work it means that ADT changed the code. Aside from trying to find out what ADT changed it to...you pretty much have to leave it up to them or someone who knows the code, aside from resetting the entire system and trying to program it all again.
I'm assuming you are monitored by ADT...

99% of ADT systems use 6321 as the installer code. If you mean the WLS904, a wireless motion, there are 3 important questions:
1-Which version of the wireless reciever do you have? The newer wireless devices all have part numbers that end in -433, and the older 900mhz units are _not_ compatible.
2- Programming DSC, especially wireless devices into the system is pretty complicated (needlessly so, in my opinion), and you will have to wade through some pretty complicated instructions.
3- You will need the installer manuals for both the System (with the program sheets, which are a seperate booklet), and the wireless reciever.

My system is actually a DSC 632 and the installer code 6321 did work.
Now i can get into the system programming.
Z01:Phone box outside the house (Hard wired)
Z02:Door (Hard wired)
Z03:Door (Wireless)
Z04:Front Door (Wireless)
Z05:Windows (Wireless)
Z06:Windows (Wireless)
Z07:Windows (Wireless)
Z08:Door (Wireless)
Z09:Windows (Wireless)
Z10:Windows (Wireless)
Z11:Motion (Wireless) (Deactivated in "STAY")
Now I would like to add Z12 with WLS904 Motion which should be deactivated when in "STAY" mode.
Please help me out with programming instruction.
Thanks,

Ok, that means that the keypad is the wireless reciever. If the part number of your wireless motion is not WLS-904-433, then it will not work with your system.
