Recently purchased a Honeywell ct3500/ct3595 the old therm. had a wire going to a Y2 connection the new therm. says that if i have a Y2 stop right there and call this 800# :wall: like anyone answers! So if anyone out there knows how to connect this therm. or if it will even work PLEASE let me know.

Do you have two stage A/C? Gas heat or heat pump?

If the unit you have is a two stage unit (Y2) you need a two stage stat. If the unit you have is a heat pump you need a heat pump stat.
