Just removed old linoleum flooring from kitchen.Concrete is flat with only a couple of hairline(horizontal) cracks.
Should I put down a layer or Redgard before thinsetting the floor?
Also what should I clean the floor with to prep it for the Redgard/Thinset?
Thanks all..love this place.

All the old adhesive needs to be scraped off or ground off, no solvents. Before doing any grinding, have the adhesive checked for asbestos if pre mid 80's. Since all cracks need to be treated with 6" fiberglass tape when Redguard is used, you might want to use a sheet style membrane. Protectowrap is peel and stick and Noble CIS can be thinsetted to the floor or set with Noble's thinspread glue. Full sheet protection will be easier than tons of strips of fiberglass tape in the Redgard
