I have just completed installing a Vista 20 P sytem in my house. Powering it up for the fist time I got the following messages
No AC
Not Ready
and 31 00 OC flashes across the screen
I do have120V AC at the recepticle, 25V AC at terminal 1 and 2 and dc volts at terminals 4 and 5.
Any suggestions as to what I should do next would be appreciated

If you have 25vac at the power terminals, you have the wrong size transformer on this system. It should be 16.5vac, give or take a bit. Its very likely that the over voltage is tripping the protection circuit.
You also need to set the address on the keypad to 16 for a Vista 20p for it to register anything correctly.
