Hi. This may sound like a dumb question but I'm not sure how high to hang a print. It will go on a 10' wide wall in the dining area. The ceilings are 8'. The print will hang behind a round oak table and 4 chairs. Directly above the table is a chandelier. If the print is too low I guess the table could block the view and too high the chandelier will somewhat. The print including frame is 27" high by 39' wide. I am thinking maybe I should hang it at eye level but who's eye?
Also, do you think the size is appropriate??

Eye level is the usual height. Have someone hold it in place while you walk around the room and you'll be able to decide what you like best.

the CENTER of the object should be about eye level, but that gets tweaked depending on how large the object is. it also depends on if there's a table or sofa below the wallhanging. in that case, the wallhanging needs to relate to the object below and therefore should be hung lower. if you have no buffet below the picture, then go with the center at eye level (about 5'6" or so).
as for whether or not the size is appropriate, if it looks a little lonely up there, somewhat bullseye-ish (which it probably will), flank it with 2 sconces or something to create a larger arrangement.
