Guys:

I need some advice on which Snow Thrower to buy. I have a townhome with a small driveway. Looking to buy a snow thrower that is good for this and the next home (Single Family) with decent driveway. Was looking at HD and Lowes for entry level throwers. Some that I saw:

- Toro 1800 in HD
- Yard Machines by MTD 3.5 HP in Lowes

Have not checked anywhere else. Which one do u recommend and why? Very new to this. How are the above brands and which store is good to buy from? I am planning to take a 3yr extended warranty from wherever I buy...just to be safe. Not sure what to look for in terms of maintenance issues as well.

Would appreciate your suggestions.

The machines in the link are two stage units, the units you're looking at are single stage...either are very good machines, if that's what you want...single stage.
