Have a Ariens (I believe Model 924050) Sno-Thro with a Tecumseh engine. HM80-100 L-Head 8 HP. Read the other posts and have a similar problem. When I engage the auger, the engine pukes. No power, black smoke etc. It seems the fix, is the carburetor? Where is everyone ordering their rebuild kits? Can I get a parts kit with the info. I provided?
