I own a Tecumseh 7hp model H70-130158A with a "series 1" carburetor (according to the Tecumseh Service Manual)

I saw few carb kit on ebay...

why would you want to buy a kit on ebay? They are only ten bucks at the most.

The kit you need is 31840 list price is 9.95 any Tecumseh dealer should have one.

Two of the kits appear to be non OEM parts. The last is for different carbs. For the model and spec number you posted 31840 is the kit you need.

Other parts you will likely need will be; 632019, float; 31688A, gasket & 27915A, gasket.
