Hi,

I'd like to get a laser level for Christmas - time to give the wife hints! I'll be wanting to use it for hanging a suspended ceiling & other things, any suggestions?

My suggestion would be to read the fine print on the level. There is a difference. The Craftsman 4 in1 level with Laser Trac is accurate +/- 1/2" in 30 feet. Some are better, some are worse. Looks like money means more accuracy in the long run. I use mine for small projects where it is fine but would not use it for a ceiling project. A 1/2" doesn't sound like much but over 100 ft this would show to the naked eye. Good luck.
