What a difference!
Since the bathroom is only 5' x 8' it was to narrow for a standard 60" long clawfoot tub so we went with a 48" "maids tub" (from Tub King $895 with free shipping). The wall mount tub faucet with hand shower was $190, the sink was $119 from Renovators Supply, the sink faucet was $177 (eBay), the vanity (a converted dresser) was $175. The toilet was $275, bead board $100, mirror $50, curtain $25, and vanity light $80 were all purchased at the local "Home" store, and the free standing Victorian tp hanger was $40 on ebay. The total cost for labor and installation was $600. The total cost was $3000.
