I just bought a used Stihl 021 through Ebay (I know, it's risky) and the carb was badly out of adjustment when it arrived (idled too fast and would not run at full throttle). I adjusted the carb and got it running satisfactorily, but when I cut with it for a few minutes, it gets out of adjustment again, like maybe the vibration from the engine is causing the adjustment screws to move. Any suggestions?

do the screws have tension springs on them ? do they actually move or does it just take more adjustment to keep the saw running? you could have a crankcase seal leak at temperature causing the mixture to lean out.
