Hello,
I have a draught under a living room interior door because the floorboards/carpet dip down in the doorway. What is the best way to overcome this? Should I put something under the carpet to level it off, or attach something to the bottom of the door?
Please advise
regards

best bet is to get a rubber weatherstripping that attached to under the door.

To reduce the stack effect in your home make sure all exterior doors are weatherstripped and not allowing drafts. Stuffed "snakes" long bean bags, a rolled up towel or rug at bottom of door are good for stopping drafts on exterior doors. There are some very attractive stuffed draft stoppers for sale in home furnishing catalogs and online, or you can make your own. Check your windows, too, for drafts. Interior doors that open to hallways and stairways should be kept shut to allow warm air to escape up through the house.
