I have similiar issue on my 2 and half year equipment with less than 10 times of oven usage.
some workaround:
reset power and wait a while for colling down, door lock gone; but fault code F1 still displays and beeps forever.
leave oven door open may remove the beep, but oven light is always on in that case; you can try to fool the device by closing the oven door not completely by puting a towel blocking there.
But I really need some solution or suggestion on the issue. The beep is really annoying since it beeps overnight! Called manufactor and it asked for 100+ for repairing it. It obviously is a known simple issue to them. By the way, it should be still in warrant since electric control has 5 years term.

Hello xyang and Welcome to the Do It Yourself Web Site and my Gas Appliances topic.
Known issue and a common one too. However, the oven is out of warranty unless you purchased the extended warranty. The code indicates the problem(s) listed below.
Chances are the computerized control board is defective. Try unplugging the appliance for several hours and then plug it back in. Power failures can cause error codes. It may reset but not likely.
Maytag-Maycop-Magic Chef-Jennair-Admiral: Oven Fault Codes:
F0 Function key shorted or stuck button Clean and unstick button or replace Touch Pad or Clock
F1 Defective Touch Pad or Membrane Replace Touch Pad or Membrane
F2 Oven over heat defective Relay Board or (if present) or defective Sensor
F3 Oven Sensor Open Replace Sensor
F4 Shorted wire or Sensor locate short and correct it or replace Sensor
F5 Hardware, safety circuits disagree Replace Clock
F6 Missing AC (power) signal Check for proper voltage (plug, breaker, etc.)
F7 Function key shorted or stuck button Clean and unstick button or replace Touch Pad or Clock
F8 A/D Warning Replace Clock
F9 Door Lock Warning Check door lock circuit or Replace Clock
If unplugging the appliance from the electrical power source fails to resolve the problem, remove the board and take it to the local appliance parts store. Retail parts dealers can help determine what the possible problem may be.
Bring the make, model and serial numbers and stop in at the store. The info will also help to determine the possible problem causes. Parts dealers are listed in the phone book under appliances.
Suggestion:
Read the manufacturers instructional or owners manual & online web sites for product information, problem possibilities, solving methods, part locations, disassembly, reassembly methods, repair procedures, instructions, pictorials and schematics, which may be available online.
Read the prior topics, within this forum & in the electric appliances forum on this subject of error and fault codes and the replies offered. I'm sure you'll locate the exact correctional possibility.

Like Sharp says. Physically unplug it for several hours, then try it again. I have this same oven and I got the F1 code about a year ago. This worked for me and hopefully it will work for you too.

thanks for help.
I tried disconnecting the power a few hours but it can't fix it. I then disconnected the oven sensor. It gave me a fault code F3 which is normal. Later it becomes F1 again. But beeps gone. Now it is almost sure that wrong parts is electronic control board.
I went to local dealer stores for diagnosing. No nearby dealer takes it. Either they don't do it and just sale you new parts; or they must do it in home with $145 charge for labor. By the way the parts costs $140 and it is non-returnable. I asked if I can get replacement from Maytag since it is still in 5 years Warrant. But dealer said I can't get it without their in home diagnose and verify. Now it seems to me I have to pay about $145+tax for repairing.
Checking with my wife, the oven had been just used for 3 times!!! Each time it is light usage and she did very careful clean after using it. Now something is wrong with it after 3 times usage. When we bought the range, we thought Maytag is a trust brand. Now I don't know how to say that. The product quality for this case obviously has serious issue. And how about the service quality: 5 years parts warrant means nothing! It should be a easy fix with parts on hand. But you have to pay same price of labor to get it! Why can't
Maytag copies Dell's service mode. Giving warranted replacement parts first if customer can repair by themselves. Customers then send defect parts back.
I don't think Maytag holds a good service.
I learnt similiar story of other customers when I was in local dealer's office. I am wondering should I report the story to some customer organization or post reviews on some online vender's website to let more people know my experience and help them make a better decision?

found a solution
Later I directly called Maytag service (with long time waiting) and they said I can get a replacement of electronic control borad from local parts distributor if I bring in my defect parts. I said I already contact 2 of its serveice partner and did not get a cheap solution. They give me another one which is a little bit far away from my home. I called number and the distributor said they can ship me the parts. I don't need bring in defect parts but I need pay shippping. I agreed. 5 days later I got the replacement parts and I fix the problem by myself following Sharp's advice.
So, those local dealers actually either lied to me or mislead me.
Thanks to Sharp and mattison again.
