yes its me again, I have just replaced my push rod, and adjusted my valves and now my motor runs great at idle
but runs rough when I apply the gas. black smoke begans to come out. My plug turns black. I have pulled the bowl off and blowed air up in it. there is one adjustment other than the idle and it dont seam to make a difference. m#287707 any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

screw down there on the bowl? try carb cleaner instead of air.

Check the choke plate in the carb to be sure it is opening all the way.

I took the carb off and all to pieces and cleaned it with carb cleaner and now I am back in business. Thankyou guys for the help. its fall and they are falling-Im picking up leaves.
