my electric B&D vortex blower suddenly sounds like its running at half speed and even kinda lke the motor is slightly running at varible speeds (its electric power- but almost sounds like it was battery opperated - right befor the batteries die :) ) Any ideas on how to fix?- or is it probably dead forever.
