Please help me
I am trying to make a vent for the range hood,
But in the wall I find vertical and horizontal wood beam.
Is that ok to cut one or two of them in order to make a vent hole
Thank you

Cutting and/or notching a single stud should not be a problem.
Cutting a header or double top plate is an entirely different issue.
If your only alternative is to vent vertically, then leave it surface mounted, build an enclosure or transition through a soffit.
