I have a 5 ton Water furnace for the basement and ground floor and I have a x?? ton Command Aire WP 261E that is a split unit (unit in basement, air handler in the attic above second floor).
I have no documentation on the unit and have not been able to find any so far online (looks like Command Aire still has a web site but its links are all busted). I have even tried Trane's website but no luck their either. Any body out there know anything about these units? I don't even know how old the unit is as I bought the house with it already in place. Trying to figure out if it is performance can be improved or if I have to replace/upgrade it.
