My 6 year old Kenmore 90 Series Heavy Duty washer Model #110.28922791 only agitates in the Heavy Duty cycle, when I put it on Regular cycle it hardly moves and makes a strange noise. Is it time for a new washer? Should I call Sears to repair it and what can I expect to pay? Unless I can do it myself. Any and all help appreciated.
