Kitchen Large Electric Appliances - Maytag Neptune MAH3000AWW wont spin

I have a love hate relationship with this washer. I have replaced both computers at least once and it is out again?. I completed the diagnostics suggested by Maytag on the publication that came with the Machine Control the door lock switches and wax motor seem ok. The phase test passed on all 3 phases. The motor has 2.6 ohms in each winding. I have 110 volts on the p3-7 pin at the Machine Control board. So I replaced the $150us board again and still it wont spin. I even replaced the timer (i had a new one) but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Well I figured it out. The two out of balance switches and the inertial inbalance switch are in series. My inertial inbalance switch was stuck open. A swift rap with screwdriver seems to freed it for now. the initial troubleshooting involves jumping the circuit at the quick disconnect plug near the control board.
