My Hotpoint washer is about 9 years old. Recently it's having a hard time spinning. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. It will if I open the lid, hold down the safety button, and give the tub a shove. Then it starts spinning very slowly, and eventually gets up to speed. Then I close the lid and it continues.

And just this morning I noticed that it's having a hard time agitating. It starts out real slow and then gets a little faster. I don't know if it ever really got up to a normal speed.

The model # is VBXR1060T5WB

Is my motor going out? Help!!
