I'm tearing out and moving some walls in a house and the floors are hardwood. When I tear out a wall there isa a hole there because the wood floor was bumped up to the bottom plate of the walls. I have to fill in these places with hard wood flooring. I will have to cut other boards to stager the ones i'm putting in. How do I cut the existing boards with out cutting in to the one right next to it?

Thanks
Jim

With a saw, roto-zip and a chisel.
