Entertainment Center: TVs, Stereos, VCRs and DVDs - UHF went out on sylvania TV-Please help

I own a 19" sylvania TV model SRT2219 for three years with no problems until I recently tried to add a UHF channel using my remote. The channel did not come in as clear doing it manually so I used the "auto" function and now all of my UHF channels will not come in at all. Is this something I myself can fix? Is it worth fixing (since the tv costed $90.). Any and all recommendations are welcomed . Thanks :confused:

It could be set for cable.
