I have a Manco Dingo 8 hp that has the band/drum brakes. It's not cutting it. For one thing, everything I've read says 18" tires or bigger need discs, and my tires are 21", I wonder why Manco didn't do it right in the first place...
I would like to convert to the simple disc/caliper cable type, not the hydraulic type. How hard is the conversion, and what do I need to get it done? If I need to give more info, or pics, or whatever, I'd be glad to. Thanks!!
