my mother house is old or part of it is, i notic a problem the cement is peeling and brekeing in to sheet and dust and ther a white powerder all over
it happen on floor and on the wall of basebent both upbove and below the soil line
what can we do to fix the problem and the cement
can not be water, as upbove the soil line in a not heated part of house cement is break up to
half the old part of house still had a dirt crawl way and it not heated
we just notice it happen in the last 2 year but is it seem to be happen more fast now
i painted on wall year ago like 15 , for light as wall wher to dark, now paint peeling off and so is cement :mad:
