Just had a storm blow thru and the Sanyo DS25031 TV will not power up. I checked the fuse with an ohm meter and it is still good. I noticed 3, for lack of the proper terminology, ceramic "ballast" resistors? on the main board, 2 tested fine with the ohm meter, continuity test,. The 3rd would peg the needle then slowly discharge over a few seconds to 0. This one is also cracked and blackened. Would a 14 yead old tv even be worth fixing?? :thinker: Not sure if that would prevent a power on or not. :wall:
Any troubleshooting tips or links to parts guides with pics would be most helpful.
