I have just installed three ceining fans in my new garage. They all run off one circuit, which might be the reason they don't work to well. The last one spins slower and with the 4 speed control it won't even turn on the slowest setting while the other two will. What have I done wrong??

You may have a poor connection at the 3rd fan.
You really should check the to see if the speed control is rated for use with more than 1 fan.
