I am building a 16x25 shed ( actually adding 6.5 feet to either side of an existing 12x16 shed) and on one side I've left a 6'x6'opening in which I wish to install a garage type door with tracks so that the door can roll up and back.

Is anyone aware where I can find a 6x6 garage door? Or will I have to modify hardware from a standard garage door

Check with a local company that sells &/or installs overhead doors as their only line of business. (That rules out the big box retailers!) They should be able to provide you with a door that works.
