my carpet guys had a cart w/ hard rubber wheels,one of them was flat ,and left a line on my
commercial grade ,short burber carpet. Ive tried spot cleaners ,resolve,even goof off.
it will not go away. any ideas from the pros or anyone?

If the wheel was not rolling and they were dragging it, it very well could have melted the face yarns of the oilfen fiber commercial carpet.
The only way to fix it is to replace it all or patch it with a piece of the same dyelot.
