Can anyone tell me how to remove a scratch from a glass table top (not sure what scratched it-its a kitchen dining table)? I have tried using Dremem Polishing Compound (which I think is jeweler's rouge) and a felt polising pad on my Dremel but that did not seem to do anything. Its a fairly faint scratch but its also a fairly new table.

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST OFTEN ASKED QUESTIONS IN THE GLASS TRADE-THE STANDARD ANSWER USED TO BE THAT IF YOU CAN FEEL THE SCRATCH WITH YOUR FINGERNAIL IT COULDN'T BE POLISHED OUT.
THIS IS NO LONGER TRUE,HOWEVER, THE MORE ADVANCED POLISHING SYSTEMS ARE REALLY ONLY AVAILABLE TO SPECIALIST.
LOOK IN THE YELLOW PAGES UNDER GRAFFITI REMOVAL IF YOU ARE IN AN URBAN AREA.IF NOT YOU CAN TRY GLASS OR AUTO GLASS SHOPS, SOME OF THE MORE TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED MAY HAVE THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT- SUCH AS THE 3M TRIZAC SYSTEM.
