Can anyone give me names of re-silvering companies, in Colorado? I have an old beveled mirror that I would like to get repaired. My local glass company quoted me about $200 for a 18" X 24" mirror, with most of that cost going into crating, shipping & handleing. They were wanting to ship it to Arkansas for repair.

SORRY RICK-CHECKED THE NGA(NATIONAL GLASS ASSOCIATION)WEB SITE, AND ASKED MY LOCAL SUPPLIER(PORTLAND OR).NO LUCK,COULD BE THAT THE OBSOLETE AND TOXIC NATURE OF THAT BUSINESS HAS MADE COMPANIES SCARCE?
IT WOULD COST ME ABOUT $50. TO HAVE THAT JOB DONE HERE-$150. SEEMS LIKE A LOT FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING. MAYBE IF YOU CALL "COAST MIRROR" IN PORTLAND,OREGON THEY CAN HELP?
