Hi, well the easis way to make a mirror is to polish up a piece of metal, but to make a mirror that is like the modern mirrors on glass, the answer is you cant, the materials used in the process are poisenous, also the backing is then slightly baked on, believe me it is cheaper to buy a piece cut to the size you want, although a piece of aluminium foil behind a piece of glass is also effective, I hope this helps a little, Handyman.
