Just bought a house about two weeks ago. I have a huge oil stain about 3' X 4'. I power washed the whole driveway which helped the rest of the driveway look MUCH better but the oil stain remained. I used ZEP concrete cleaner and poored it directly on the stain. I scrubbed it for about 10 minutes with a brush.. (not wire) then washed it all off.. not much better at all. What else can I use? Ive heard to use carb cleaner and a wire brush? Thanks for any input.

I used a concrete cleaner with mixed success, pretty much as you describe - with one exception: Pour on, scrub with brush, let dry (several hours) and vacuum off. (Maybe some scrubbing was after the cleaner had dried as well - I forget)

It removed much of the stain, but it is still visible. Maybe a second/third/fourth application would work.

A different product is avaiable from Griot's garage:

(I have never used it, and I am not endorsing it. But it may help you!)

I might give that stuff a try.. the stain I have is so huge I can try different products in different areas to see what is most effective. I will reply back when I find one that works well. Thanks again!
