I have to do this myself so I hope you men & women can help!!!!
I looked up blown in insulation how to but it is vague in respect to "do you drill holes at the top and middle of the studs" "do you wiggle the hose to distribute it better" "fiberglass or cellulose which is better/settling properties"????
Also have large attic with floor boards "can I put rolled insulation on top of floor boards and will it still have insulating properties"?????
Also have an addition to house made of block has furring strips 16 inches apart with paneling attached and of course no insulation "how can I insulate the walls"?????
Keep in mind with these questions that I am trying to do this not cheaply but as budget friendly as possible!!!!
I am getting tired just typing this let alone doing all of it, only kidding I have done quite a bit so far with the house but this has to be done soon before my heat bill puts me in the poor house???
Thank you!!! Tracy
